A new photo of President Donald Trump has been shared on social media, showing the 80-year-old looking particularly tired with a blank expression and a visible purple lesion on his hand, with many people questioning whether there is “something wrong” with him

A recently surfaced photograph of President Donald Trump making rounds on social media has sparked fresh worries about his well-being, with observers questioning whether something was “wrong” with him. The image was posted on X by U.S. media figure Keith Edwards, depicting Trump appearing notably fatigued with a vacant look. Edwards captioned it: “Trump was unaware this picture was being taken. His hand has a visible purple lesion. He’s not wearing makeup. He appears feeble, scared, and lost. There’s something wrong with the president.” Social media users on X commented on the president’s apparently concerning appearance, with one individual stating: “He should be in the hospital, not the White House.”
The development follows an incident where Trump’s granddaughter Kai, 19, inadvertently disclosed another troubling health indicator that followers noticed in a small detail within her Instagram photograph. Analyzing the recent Trump image, another commenter observed: “Can we talk about how he’s had at least one stroke? Look at the right side of his face. He’s also having issues with his right arm and right leg.”
This isn’t the sole public outing by Trump that has lately sparked discussion about his physical condition. During a broadcast interview with CNBC on Thursday, numerous viewers remarked that the president’s face seemed “swollen” and that he appeared “extremely unhealthy”.
Journalist Aaron Rupar posted clips from the interview and remarked: “Trump’s face looks very swollen.”
The 80-year-old president’s health has become a subject of intense scrutiny throughout his second term, prompting the White House to issue a formal statement last summer.
