Donald Trump sparked renewed concerns about his health as he appeared to struggle for breath and wheeze sporadically while speaking to reporters at the White House.
In footage of the encounter, which was broadcast live on Fox News and subsequently shared on X, he was seen approaching the gathered press before stopping to address developments in Iran. Speaking to the journalists heard in the background, the 80-year-old declared, “The war is going very well, as you know. We’re winning by a lot. Iran is making very big concessions. We’ll see what happens, but it’s been very, very powerful. It’s going very, very well.”
However, his physical condition overshadowed his remarks, with viewers voicing concern over his seemingly strained breathing. Sharing the Fox News footage, one X user commented, “Trump appears to have difficulty breathing and speaking in this clip.” It comes after Barron Trump called dad Donald in ‘distress’ to break some devastating news.

One individual responded grimly, “Close to death methinks. When he dies most MAGA will lose their centre.
“Die along with him. Lots of smell of death will somehow be invigorating.”, reports the Mirror US.

Another observed, “He did have to walk a short distance. The guy who doesn’t believe in exercise or eating healthy is struggling, bigly. Sad! ! ! !” A third person chimed in, “He’s been struggling to breathe for years, it was very noticeable on the golf course three years ago.”
A fourth pitched their own take, “He’s in CHF (congestive heart failure) for sure… ankles are filled and that’s with the best care in the world… the train has left the station. The fluid always wins.”
A fifth individual voiced frustration, “I wish someone would actually tell us why he was at Camp David, what medical treatment he got there, and what’s medically wrong with him. Obviously something is wrong. Would be nice to know now instead of waiting for a tell all book to come out too late.”
A sixth onlooker noted, “That hallway is such a long walk for a guy who needs a golf cart that’s 6 miles faster than everyone else’s.”
The latest video surfaces just days after his niece sounded the alarm on his declining health, claiming his condition is deteriorating both mentally and physically. Mary Trump, a psychologist and author, contended her uncle’s “decaying” health demands attention and suggested he’s trapped in a “downward spiral.”
Writing in her weekly newsletter, she highlighted what she described as his erratic behavior, late-night social media activity and the collapsing Iran peace deal. “He may still have moments when he appears more coherent, but psychologically he’s in a downward spiral,” she penned.
