Now, the POTUS is making another move \u2013 and takes aim at Barack Obama.<\/p>\n

President Donald Trump has once again drawn attention for a series of unusual posts on the social media, this time sharing a meme involving former president Barack Obama.<\/p>\n

The post comes during a week in which Trump has already been in the headlines for a public clash with Pope Leo XIV, whom he criticized as \u201cweak on crime\u201d and \u201cterrible on foreign policy.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Pope later responded indirectly, suggesting some world leaders have \u201chands full of blood,\u201d before adding on April 13: \u201cI will not enter into debate. The things I say are not meant as attacks on anyone,\u201d and that he has \u201cno fear of the Trump Administration.\u201d<\/p>\n

Alongside this, Trump has also shared several controversial AI-generated images, including one portraying himself as Jesus Christ, something critics labeled \u201cblasphemy.\u201d<\/p>\n

After that he defended the image, saying he believed it depicted him as a doctor.<\/p>\n

On his platform Truth Social, Trump reposted a meme showing him smiling while Obama looks away. The text on the image read: \u201cWhen you see the guy who said \u2018you\u2019ll never be President\u2019 at your inauguration.\u201d<\/p>\n

The original caption simply said: \u201cTwice,\u201d along with a U.S. flag emoji. The post, shared midweek, did not appear to directly respond to any recent remarks from Obama but still gained significant attention online.<\/p>\n

Many users criticized the post in the comments, with some people calling it immature or unnecessary.<\/p>\n

One person wrote that Trump was being \u201cchildish,\u201d while another referenced a past moment between the two men: \u201cMan he roasted you at that White House dinner I mean to tell you he tore your a** up.\u201d<\/p>\n

Other people questioned the accuracy of the claim, according to VT, with one user noting: \u201cNo. Obama publicly stated in 2016 that he believed Trump would not become president (I continue to believe that Mr. Trump will not be president), but he never said \u2018You\u2019ll never be president\u2019 to Trump.\u201d<\/p>\n

Another added: \u201cThe saddest part about this is that Obama had more faith in the American people than we deserved.\u201d<\/p>\n

Came under heavy criticism<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Some reactions were even more critical, including: \u201cTrump never has been president. I don\u2019t know what to call what he is doing, but it is far from presidential.\u201d<\/p>\n

And another wrote: \u201cUnfortunately, he (Obama) proved to be wrong about the general stupidity of Americans. Trump is a national disgrace and an international nightmare.\u201d<\/p>\n

Donald Trump previously said that the pope was soft on crime, adding that he doesn\u2019t like him. Meanwhile, at the moment, Pope Leo is in Africa on tour, and issued scathing criticism towards those \u201ctyrants\u201d who spend billions on war.<\/p>\n

Earlier on Thursday, U.S bishops proclaimed their full support for Pope Leo. The American-born pontiff didn\u2019t mention Donald Trump by name, yet his speech on Cameron on Thursday was clearly aimed at those world leaders who invoke religion to justify violence against other nations.<\/p>\n

Pope Leo added, \u201cThe world is being ravaged by a handful of tyrants, yet it is held together by a multitude of supportive brothers and sisters.\u201d<\/p>\n

Now, Donald Trump has blasted Pope Leo with new criticism, and it comes with a threat. Sharing with reporters outside the White House on Thursday, he said that he would not be meeting with the Holy Father and issued a warning over Iran\u2019s nuclear capabilities.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s very important that the Pope understands\u2026 Iran killed 42,000 people that were totally unarmed. They were protesters. Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon. If they did\u2026 every single country in the world would be in trouble,\u201d Trump said.<\/p>\n

He added that he has \u201cnothing against the pope\u201d but that \u201cI have to do what\u2019s right.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m not fighting with him. The pope made a statement. He says, Iran can have a nuclear weapon. I say Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon,\u201d Trump continued,<\/p>\n

The claim made by Donald Trump that Pope Leo has said Iran can have nuclear weapons is not true. In reality, the Holy Father has repeatedly denounced nuclear weapons and made calls for the countries to abandon them.<\/p>\n
